Refund policy

kpopdropz does not directly sell merchandise today. Here is how refunds and disputes work for the services we do offer.

Last updated: May 2, 2026

1. We do not sell physical goods

kpopdropz is currently an informational and affiliate-link guide. We do not hold inventory, take payment, or ship merchandise. Purchases you make follow the policies of the retailer you are sent to (Ktown4u, Weverse Shop, Mercari, official fan stores, etc.).

2. Refunds for affiliate purchases

For any item purchased through an affiliate link, the retailer handles refunds, returns, and disputes. Contact their customer service directly. We can sometimes help escalate, but cannot issue a refund ourselves.

3. Future paid services (proxy buying, premium alerts)

When we launch paid services such as Korea proxy buying or premium drop alerts, this section will be updated with itemized refund terms. Current planned principles:

  • Service fee is refundable if we fail to perform the agreed service before purchase placement.
  • Once a third-party purchase is placed on your behalf, the item cost follows the original retailer's policy.
  • Shipping fees once dispatched are non-refundable.

4. Counterfeit or misrepresented items

If you believe an item linked from kpopdropz turned out to be counterfeit, please email contact@kpopdropz.com with your order receipt and photos. We will warn other readers and de-list the shop where appropriate.

5. Contact

contact@kpopdropz.com for refund-related inquiries.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

For affiliate purchases, payment disputes (chargebacks, PayPal claims, unauthorized transactions) must be filed with the retailer who processed your payment, not with kpopdropz. If you were redirected from our site and believe the retailer page itself was misleading, please copy us at contact@kpopdropz.com so we can investigate the listing and warn other readers.

7. Lucky Draw and pre-order specifics

Lucky Draw events typically have a non-refundable entry window after the draw closes — that rule is set by the retailer (Ktown4u, Withmuu, MakeStar, etc.), not by us, and we surface their stated policy where we can. For pre-orders, partial cancellations are usually accepted before the pre-order window closes and are usually not accepted after the warehouse begins shipping. Always confirm the cutoff with the retailer before pre-ordering, because once Korea-only inventory ships you generally cannot return the package across borders without the original retailer's approval.

8. Customs and import fees

International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or import handling fees depending on your country. These fees are charged by your local customs authority, not by the retailer, and are non-refundable from us. We surface customs warnings on country pages where the threshold is known to bite (UK, EU, Brazil, US for high-value parcels). If a parcel is returned to the retailer due to refused customs, the retailer's refund policy controls whether shipping is recoverable.

Disclaimer: this policy is provided in good faith and is not legal advice. Once paid services launch, we will publish a binding, itemized refund policy reviewed by qualified counsel.
