What to include
To help us respond faster, please include the exact page URL you are referring to, a one-line summary of your request, and any screenshots or order receipts that support your point. Vague messages about "a page" or "an artist" tend to bounce around the inbox for a few days before reaching the right editor.
Editorial corrections
kpopdropz is maintained by a small editorial team and a curated automation pipeline. We are happy to fix release dates, photocard inclusion lists, artist credits, and pricing errors. Send the corrected fact with a public source (Weverse Shop listing, official agency notice, Spotify metadata, etc.) and we will update within forty-eight hours in most cases.
If you are an artist, manager, or agency staff member and want a biographical detail removed or amended, write from a verifiable address and we will treat the request as priority.
Counterfeit reports
If you bought a photocard or album version through a retailer we link to and it turned out to be counterfeit, please send us the order receipt, photos of the item, and the kpopdropz page that sent you there. We will warn other readers and, where warranted, de-list the shop from comparison results.
What we cannot do
- Pass messages to artists, members, or agency staff.
- Refund purchases made on third-party retailers.
- Sell, gift, or trade photocards directly.
- Verify the authenticity of items from photos alone outside of our upcoming verification service.
For artists, agencies, and labels
We work with management teams from HYBE, SM, JYP, YG, KQ, Starship, P-Nation, FNC, Cube, RBW, Pledis, and dozens of independent labels and self-managed soloists. Common reasons to reach out include factual corrections on a profile page, removal of an outdated photo or biography line, coordination on official comeback announcements, or a request to pull an album version from the catalog while a re-release is being finalized.
Send these requests to legal@kpopdropz.com from a corporate or verifiable address. Reference the specific URL, the artist or group name, and the change you would like. For new comeback embargoes we will respect a publication timestamp if you provide one.
Retailers and shopping platforms with a partnership proposal (commission terms, exclusive Lucky Draw windows, Korea-only listings) should write to partners@kpopdropz.com with the country roster, currency, and an example product page.
Reader feedback we love
We are an editorial team that improves through reader feedback, and the most valuable notes we get tend to be the most specific ones. If you spot a Lucky Draw inclusion list that does not match the retailer's actual photocard pool, a venue address that the agency quietly updated, an album version we have not yet logged, or a shipping band that has moved since we last checked, please tell us. Cite the source and we will fold the correction into the next editorial pass, usually within forty-eight hours.
We also welcome ideas for new comparison pages, retailer deep-dives, and Korea-only guides that you could not find an answer to elsewhere on the open web. We cannot promise to publish every reader-requested guide, but the most-asked questions consistently end up in the editorial backlog.
Response time
We answer most reader emails within three business days. IP takedown requests are handled within seventy-two hours per our IP takedown policy. Press requests with deadlines should mention the deadline in the subject line.
