By accessing kpopdropz.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use this site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. What kpopdropz is

kpopdropz is an independent informational guide. We are not affiliated with HYBE, SM, JYP, YG, KQ, Starship, or any other agency, label, or artist. Group names, logos, photos, and album artwork are the property of their respective owners and used here for editorial reference under fair use principles.

4. Affiliate and outbound links

Once you click through to a retailer or external site, that site's terms and privacy policy govern your interaction. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability.

5. Accuracy disclaimer

We make a good-faith effort to keep release dates, photocard inventories, prices, and tour information accurate, but K-pop moves fast. Information may be outdated, incomplete, or wrong. Verify critical details with the official source (agency, retailer, or artist account) before making purchases or travel plans.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kpopdropz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including missed comebacks, sold-out inventory, counterfeit purchases through third parties, or travel disruptions.

7. IP takedown

Rights holders should follow the process at IP takedown. We act within 72 hours and generally remove first, discuss second.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, abuse rate limits, attempt to access non-public endpoints, or use kpopdropz to harass any artist, agency, or individual. We reserve the right to block access without notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Seoul, Korea, except where local consumer-protection law of your residence applies.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
